Best Datacenter Proxies for High-Volume Scraping in 2026

When the target doesn't fingerprint hard, datacenter IPs are 10× cheaper. Here are the best pools.
When datacenter is right
Open APIs, government data, your own properties, niche e-commerce, internal QA. Anywhere without Cloudflare/DataDome/Akamai. Throughput targets where residential cost would be prohibitive.
Best providers ranked
Webshare — $0.50/GB on shared, dedicated from $0.18/IP/month. Best $/IP on the market.
Rayobyte — strong dedicated US pool, $2.50/IP/month for premium ranges.
Bright Data datacenter — premium ranges with hourly billing, $0.50/IP/hour.
IPRoyal datacenter — $1.39/proxy/month, good for budget high-volume.
Shared vs dedicated
Shared pools (Webshare 100-pack, $25/mo) are cheap but the IPs are used by many customers — burnout is faster. Dedicated IPs cost more but you control the reputation.
ASN matters
Some datacenter ASNs are silently blocked (DigitalOcean, OVH, Hetzner on many targets). Providers selling 'premium' datacenter pools use Cogent, Limestone or M247 ASNs which last longer.
ISP proxies — the middle ground
When pure datacenter gets blocked but residential is overkill, ISP proxies (residential-class IPs on datacenter speed/cost) are the answer. Webshare ISP ($25/100 IPs), Rayobyte ISP, Bright Data ISP.
FAQ
Why are my Webshare IPs getting banned?
Shared pool, used by many. Upgrade to dedicated, or move to ISP for any target with even modest defense.
